I will not be returning.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The water was not hot enough for a shower. I tried at them three different times. There was only instant coffee. Hotels of this level usually supply Nespresso machines. The room was comfortable but basic for this level of hotel.

Felt so familiar and homey...

Liked: Same as usual , clean , stylish , nice staff and nice room !
Disliked: Nothing on this visit , a plastic washing bag in room of some sort would have helped as often have them in other hotels

Liked: Really beautiful hotel . The staff were superb very attentive Every single member of staff acknowledged us at breakfast with a smile and a good morning The room service was fast and excellent quality. I will definitely be returning

This could be a great...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The staff I encountered were very rude indeed.The hotel is tatty. Overpriced. Paid £240 for a single room and felt that I was an inconvenience.
