Disliked: Parking - I would love to have paid to have a guaranteed parking space for our stay, travelling over 3 hours we were nervous to actually get a space.

Liked: Bed was soComfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful could t fault them. Love the bar area and seating area
Disliked: Didn’t like the toilet/bathroom door situation in the room. It lacks privacy with the flexible door. The breakfast was poor apart from the breads and yoghurts which were delicious. . Great choice of food but the hot food was cold. Would have been nicer to be able to order freshly cooked breakfast.

Liked: Richmond Hill Hotel is a beautifully decorated building. The lobby areas are homely and stylish. The staff are friendly. The restaurant food is delicious, and the set menu is great value as well as being beautifully presented and with a wonderful combination of flavours. The attention to detail is outstanding and luxurious. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to friends and family. We will definitely be returning.
