Quaint guest house in a...

Liked: Really enjoyed our host, Dinah. She was knowledgeable and we had some great conversations over breakfast! Loved that her dog, Cyrus, was happy to receive belly rubs and bits of toast. Our room was fine with lots of fresh air, comfortable bed and private bathroom with shower. Breakfast was toast with a good selection of spreads, a variety of cereals, juice and coffee. Super location close to restaurants and activities
Disliked: It could have been cleaner, been awhile since a good dusting.

Disliked: "John" the guy who booked us in was incredibly rude. And took great pleasure in telling everybody how stupid they are. He clearly has issues. I would not book this guest house again because of him.

Liked: Great place to stay for a couple days in Wellington! Good breakfast, nice chats with owner John and nice room that has everything you need at a fair price. Location is great, close to Mt Victoria Town Belt and the lookout, also CBD and waterfront with TePapa Museum etc. as well as supermarket is in walkable distance. Free parking with guest parking permit in the resident area is a great plus.
Disliked: Room maybe a bit thin-walled, but I still had a good sleep as the area is generally quiet. Other than that nothing really, had a great time.
