Rho is on the edge of Dam Square half a mile from Amsterdam Central Train Station. It has free Wi-Fi and the lobby is an impressive Art Deco-style former theater. All of the rooms at Rho Hotel include satellite TV and a refrigerator. They also each have a private bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is served each morning in the dining room which overlooks Dam Square. It includes a selection of bread cereals and a few warm dishes including scrambled eggs. There is a small bar and vending machines in the lobby for snacks and drinks such as coffee. Hotel Rho is 175 yards from the Kalverstraat shopping area and from the Dam Square tram stop. The Anne Frank House and Rembrandt House Museum are both within a 10-minute walk of the hotel.

A good experience. I will...

Liked: Rho Hotel is very accessible to shopping malls, numerous restaurants attractions and the good vibes from the city center. I really enjoyed the long walks from Rho Hotel in the evenings. Room was cleaned frequently too
Disliked: The occupant upstairs was a bit noisy. It felt like the demarcation between the rooms was a tad too thin and it got noisy intermittently

Liked: Very good location, close to many attractions and only 10 minutes walk from the station
Disliked: Bedroom a little dark and would benefit from more lighting.Bathroom would be better with extractor fan.
