Liked: Beautiful house and grand interior and lovely large gardens. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: All staff were fantastic and it’s very relaxing there.

Liked: It was just amazing to experience the service at reception, the waiters and waitresses were well trained in silver service and were just outstanding.I satay in a lot of hotels and this one had to be one of my favourites.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful surroundings and exceptional service

Liked: The service was always warm and welcoming, everyone was so helpful and always with a smile. The service was exceptional. The room did not meet the standards that the rest of the hotel gave.
Disliked: The room which was the lux was with a shower head that you had to move around not to flood the bathroom and try to catch the water to wash. For the standard of the service and the grandeur of the hotel and its surroundings the decor of the room was the only negative. Everything else was amazing

Liked: Beautiful from the outside but a little disappointing inside.
Disliked: We were expecting a grander entrance area and a more country house feel with more festive decorations and festive background music. The layout was bitty and it felt like a corporate venue.

Liked: Great location. The standard rooms are spacious and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are attentive and friendly.
Disliked: This would be a 5* hotel if the standard rooms are updated - especially the bathrooms.
