Excellent and enjoyable.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and gave great service throughout. Location and ambience of the hotel was superb.
Disliked: Minot observation, but coat hooks in the room would have been useful and maybe a place to hang hand towels in the bathroom.

Liked: The staff are lovely! The location is amazing. The room was fantastic. Facilities in the hotel are great with excellent options in the bar and restaurant (the cocktails are second to none!) Honestly, perfect, keep it up! (and take care of the staff as they are truly fantastic and make the place what it is ❤️) We'll come back for sure!

Liked: Great grounds, rooms and spa.
Disliked: The breakfast service was terrible, again. We were left waiting, unserved and it took a lot longer to get through than we would have liked. However, the hotel did take money off as a result of our disappointing experience (it was the same the last time we stayed…).
