Good

Liked: The room was pleasant and clean, although small. The bathroom was good and the shower was excellent.
Disliked: When a hotel says it provides breakfast, I/we don't expect that to mean cold cereal, snacky type things, and that sort. In most other places we have stayed, that means a hot meal. I could have gone to the corner store and picked up the things that were offered for breakfast, or I could have brought most of it from home. I think the corrrect term would have been "continental breakfast" and even that would have been a stretch.

Good

Liked: The room was perfect for our overnight. It was in a great location and was a really nice size.
Disliked: I’m not sure if they offered any food or beverages there, and the setup was a little strange. The lobby seemed to be at the back of the hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, walking distance to first beach. Perfect for walking to the marathon. The room was clean, the shower pressure was strong which I love.
Disliked: I loved everything!

What a great location --...

Liked: proximity to beach was great; loved the extra deep bathtub for soaking after a day at the beach !! having just 10 rooms was great but ....
Disliked: being smaller, no place to sit outside -- a picnic table would be great ...if there was only room !; my lower level room was noisy with the common area; with being so close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants the downfall is the amount of road traffic and noise; brought my laptop to do a few things over the three days but with no table/desk chair in the room or common area I didn't get to use it

Great little inn

Liked: The inn was immaculate! Easy location near the beach and mansions. Large spacious bathroom, comfy bed, nice decor.
Disliked: Can't think of anything. Better than expected.

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Very nice room. Nice breakfast choices. Very pleasant and helpful gentleman at the front desk. Everything in the Inn was very clean.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't care for was the water pressure in the shower was really bad. Not that it was a big problem. It just took me a lot longer to rinse the conditioner out of my hair.

Clean & comfortable rooms, great...

Liked: Very clean and right near the beach and my fav seafood restaurant Flo’s.

We will definitely consider staying...

Liked: Me and my daughter were in town for 5 days for the Newport Jazz Festival. Rheas by the Sea is in a good location, near the beach and restaurants, and it's super clean and well appointed. Tony the owner was very nice, responsive and helpful - he graciously lugged our bags up three flights of stairs. The take and go breakfast items were a nice touch.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
