Disliked: The resort can improve their house keeping service. Only replaced towels and thrown tied trash bags. Dish cleaning liquid was not topped up. In-room facilities can be improved.

Liked: Beautiful 180 ocean views, proximity to the beach, spacious and well equipped apartment, good size for a family of four.
Disliked: We were initially given a city view apartment with a side/ north ocean view. This was not what we saw on the photos when booking our holidays and what we were expecting. The reception staff weren’t helpful when we raised this with them initially. However, once we escalated with the manager we were moved to a beautiful apartment that fully met our expectations. After this initial hiccup, the stay was fantastic.
