Liked: The check-in process was smooth, even though we arrived late. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and comfortable.The hotel’s location has both advantages and disadvantages. As a light sleeper, I found the external noise a bit disturbing, but if you're planning to explore Sopot, the location is ideal.The breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff who seemed to read your mind. Truly exceptional service. I particularly loved the à la carte options, despite the buffet offering a wide variety.The spa and wellness area were good, but I believe there's room for improvement. It was great that guests could book the sauna for privacy, though there wasn’t a designated space to relax afterward. A bit more attention to this would enhance the experience.The holistic massage I received was great, though I found it a bit distracting to hear conversations from the spa reception. Despite this, it was still a good experience overall.
