Disliked: No elevator , small breakfast area and seating area. The shower cubicle cubicles very small . The a/c in room not efficient.

Fantastic location for access to...

Liked: Fantastic location just off the bay promenade. 5-10 minute walk to port for the ferry and to the Spanish quarter. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Airport bus stops on the port so very easily accessible. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast (cereal, ham, cheese, fruits, pastries). Staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water in the mini fridge. Fresh towels and bed made daily.
Disliked: Shower cubicle was very small - difficult to manoeuvre. But water was hot. Room did become very dusty over the course of the stay. Room was street facing and on occasion street noise was notable - could do with secondary glazing. No I’m room facility for tea/coffee.

Liked: The hotel located a bit far away from the city centre, but walkable distance like 20 mins. Good point is it facing the sea so you can have sea view. The staff was very nice, especially Linda - she was super helpful. When the shower tap broken in our room or little issue with lights, we asked her and it was taken care of.Breakfast was ok, you can order different coffee or try different Italian finger foods and nice fruits too, but I’d suggest to have more veggies stuff (there was no salad or any green).The kitchen staff was also welcoming as well. As there was no kettle in the room, but you can always ask for hot water for tea, just go down to the reception.Room service was a bit above average, they did clean, but if you look carefully, there were some small amount of dust on bed sheets or hair on the floor.The room was bright, big enough, even tho closed to some clubs and restaurants but it wasn’t noisy at night.
Disliked: I’d only suggest to have more veggies in breakfast and maybe different ways of egg preparation.
