Liked: Location. Good choice of Tv channels
Disliked: Room was dusty. Old soap left on shampoo in shower. Breakfast was sparce, items needed replacing. Not good value for money

Budget friendly, simple stay

Liked: Centrally located, fairly comfortable room!
Disliked: On going construction. Stark lobby, Breakfast very limited to coffee, some drink, some sweets and few bagels.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the pool area is very nice. The most of all the staff was very kind. The breakfast was nice but I wish that there was more options.
Disliked: It was smaller than what the picture seem on the website. There's construction and it made it even harder to access the lobby by vehicle. I had to get towels from the office. Also there's towel shelves by the pool but every single one of them we're empty. So my kids had nothing to dry off with when they got up the pool and it was in the evening when it was colder. And the room itself looked really outdated and dingy. The breakfast is nice but I wish there were more options.

Overpriced, understaffed motel. Quality concern.

Liked: Conveniently located to downtown Scottsdale.Comfortable bed. A very basic breakfast was offered, given the rate, but better than nothing.
Disliked: We were off to a bad start from the beginning as they gave us a 1st floor unit on parking lot despite our reservation being a pricier 2nd floor unit.Motel was overpriced and understaffed - we did not get room service (beds weren't made, bins not emptied, towels not replenished) despite our requesting it. Management was not particularly pleasant or friendly, which is surprising for a business. They even criticized their own staff.Biggest concern was quality concern: The metal towel rack above the toilet was overloaded and fell down and the bar hit the back of my head. Suggests shoddy construction. (also, one nightstand table next to the bed was very wobbly).We had a booking for 3 nights. Given the issues, we were reimbursed for 1 which was fair.

Liked: Outside of the property was not nice. the room was good. Breakfast was lean.

Poor

Liked: The location. It was close to lots of shopping centers and foods. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel was a bit run down. The room looked like it needed a good paint job. They advertise that they have free breakfast included but it was more like snacks. There were no eggs, sausage, bacon?? They had banana, toast, powdered donuts, cereal and carton milk and orange juice. Not impressed at all.
