The rooms are very clean and modern. All of the staff are professional and polite.

Liked: They charge $38 a night for self parking and I was not aware of this. They didn’t tell me. They charged it to my card on their system after i checked out

Convenient location and decent hotel...

Liked: Check in was pretty easy and the hotel itself has a cute vibe. The hotel is very convenient to Mercedes Benz and State Farm arena. Mercedes is directly across the street and State Farm is a short 8-10 mn walk.
Disliked: Parking was ok. It's $38/day for self parking (charged to room) and $45 for valet so I used self parking. It was a little confusing once parked trying to figure out the entrance as there are a few residential only entrances. The room itself had some issues. Very poor lighting. There was only one light in the room and it was a wall sconce next to the window in a corner. No other lighting in the room, not even near the full body mirror or over the door. The lights on the bed didn't work either. We basically had the bathroom. There are pads on the wall that look like they work things but nothing happened when pressing the different options. The bathroom was clean and spacious but the shower only got lukewarm water temp. If certain things would be addressed I would stay again but don't think I would risk it again.

Liked: I absolutely LOVE the staff and location. It's close to all the main attractions and concert venues.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed, I'm not a fan of a firm mattress so the bed was a bit too hard for my preference.
