Not at all a good...

Liked: The breakfast was nice. The pool was nice.
Disliked: The customer service. We weren’t even greeted at check in. The lady was on her phone and just looked up and stared at us. Said nothing. I had to tell her why we were there and she made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. No thank you. No nothing. Just incredibly cold and unwelcoming. Didn’t get a receipt either. Also went to the bar and wasn’t help. There were several employees standing there but they just looked at me and went on about their business. Also after getting to our room a maintenance employee just walked in without answering. Very concerning as I’m standing there with my child and a stranger barges in. Also. The sliding door to the pool needs service. It will not close fully. Making it very difficult to lock with the bar apparatus. Also makes for a poor noise stop and a security risk. Which wasn’t a good thing after having an employee just walk in. Have to say it made the stay uneasy. It’s very disappointing to have this service. Our last stay was amazing top to bottom. But based on how we were treated and made to feel not appreciated we will not be returning.
