Liked: Hotel is super cool and fun to stay at! The Restaurant is very good too!
Disliked: This is about the 20th time I have stayed at this hotel. They gave me one of the worst rooms in the hotel and the front desk lady was not very friendly at all. The person in front of me was given a large room upgrade and he had never stayed there before. You would think they would prioritize their customers who come often. I guess they don't have that capability to track who comes and goes.

Liked: breakfast was delicious although my spouse could have been offered a window seat
Disliked: very very loud - anyone outside the room can be heard like they were in the room - sleep disrupted - when I called the desk finally, the problem was resolved but still, sleep disrupted for a very expensive hotel

We enjoyed our stay.
