Liked: This is absolutely exceptional property with modern clean comfortable suites in the heart of Ottawa!
Disliked: Parking is expensive at 38CAD/night

Liked: The location is great. Lots of attractions and food options nearby. Walkable distance from the hotel.
Disliked: The shower water took forever to become hot. And the water pressure was so low. The deposit you pay when you check in which is $300, it takes them so long to return it to you. Usually other hotels return the deposit upon check out but here I guess not because I still havent got my deposit back. I contacted them about it but nobody responded it too.

Liked: Close to the Rideau Centre and Market. Room was exceptional. This was the 2nd time staying here and its our favourite in Ottawa. THis is a perfect spot for companies to use when having people stay in the city for multiple days.
