Liked: We really like the hypoallergenic rooms, and we have stayed there half a dozen times planning to return. A special shout out to the persons at the front desk and the general manager for making our stay very memorable!

Liked: This is absolutely exceptional property with modern clean comfortable suites in the heart of Ottawa!
Disliked: Parking is expensive at 38CAD/night

Just okay

Liked: The location is great. Lots of attractions and food options nearby. Walkable distance from the hotel.
Disliked: The shower water took forever to become hot. And the water pressure was so low. The deposit you pay when you check in which is $300, it takes them so long to return it to you. Usually other hotels return the deposit upon check out but here I guess not because I still havent got my deposit back. I contacted them about it but nobody responded it too.
