Disliked: $800 for a king room with mountain view. Upon arrival no room available, they changed me to a double queen room with a parking lot view. Tried to cancel the reservation but they said even though they failed to deliver the room reserved my reservation was non refundable.

Disliked: My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. I was told later I wad supposed to request it...The soap was closed and I couldn't get into the steam room.I was very much looking forward to use the steam room and the spaThe casino was mot interesting for us

Never again, especially for price

Liked: I stayed in resorts world Las Vegas and was expecting a similar quality of hotel, not the case at all
Disliked: It was dirty. Also almost impossible to get a taxi or Uber, had to rely on staff who know a guy to call…. One did not even show after waiting an hour, couldn’t even get an Uber. Just stuck at property
