Liked: Very clean, comfortable and modern
Disliked: The check in process was lacking. There were 3 separate LONG lines and the staff seemed as if surprised by the guest arrivals. Our staff person checked us in and neglected to activate our hotel room keys prompting us to have an issue with getting the elevator to bring us to our floor. When we went back to the front desk to inform her of the issue (lugging our heavy bags) she told us that we would have to get back on the end of the long line! Thankfully good sense prevailed when another staff person stepped in to help us.
