Liked: The layout, the size of the rooms
Disliked: Extended stay, room not cleaned on the day of extension. Had put the make up room sign, plus called guest services as well at around 10.30am. When went back to room at around 6pm nothing had been done. Told guest services again. Said would do it. The spa & pool on 3rd floor was not accessible.
