Great location and room.
Liked: Haven’t stay in resorts in a long time. thinking it was run down. What a pleasant surprise to see everything room rugs casino were updated. Will stay again.
Disliked: Only one night club open and was packed. Other bar (5 o’clock somewhere) was closed. Just wanted to have a drink on a Friday night. Ended up going to Hard Rock.

Great place to celebrate and...
Liked: Ocean view, casino, restaurants, a new bar. We didn’t need to leave the hotel at all.
Disliked: The rooms were adjoining. A family was next to us and their young kids were messing with the door, from their side. We could hear the parents disciplining them, and the crying after was wild.

Not so good experience as...
Disliked: Last week, my husband, four-year-old son, and I took a last-minute trip to Atlantic City. We arrived at our hotel around 11 PM, and my son was exhausted. Despite being the only guest at the front desk, the receptionist made us wait 30 minutes, citing system updates. However, she then ignored us, browsed her phone, and was extremely rude. When I politely asked if she could expedite the process due to my child’s exhaustion, she dismissively said, “It’s not my problem. You should have come earlier.”She then told us to “find a place to sit” and directed us to a bench with our luggage. After 10 minutes, she left, and another front desk staff member took over. This new staff member was more professional and confirmed that the system had updated immediately after we made the booking , meaning our wait had been unnecessary. She apologized for the ordeal, but the experience left a lasting negative impression. The initial staff member’s treatment—especially mocking my son’s distress—was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
