Liked: Beach access, Pool, courts all great.
Disliked: Ocean Front room = 215 is no view of the ocean at all and contradicts the booking. This flaw was not clear until i checked in and was in the room. I have been to the Resort on Cocoa Beach 6 plus times and this is a disappointing result. This should be disclosed when the rental was booked.

Liked: I was surprised at the very large size of the room. Everything I could want was provided, including kitchenware. It was clean, the furniture was in good condition, and the main bedroom was huge. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked great. It's definitely on my first choice next time I visit Cocoa Beach.
Disliked: Every thing was provided except shampoo and conditioner. That may just have been an oversight in our room.

Great stay for the family

Liked: Room was nice and spacious. Kitchen did have basic items to cook so was just what we needed. Loved walk to beach on nice deck. Pool was large and did warm up by midday. Did participate in some of the daily activities like scavenger hunt and played tennis. Staff was nice and courteous.
Disliked: Spent too much money at arcade. Did have a machine eat some of the tokens. Kids play room was small but they did have some fun there if you have smaller kids.

Enjoyed

Liked: We enjoyed the location , near places we way to visit. We also enjoyed the amazing amenities and things to do close by.
Disliked: The game room closed early to play pool

Liked: Nice property. Nice pool and beach access. Plenty of room in unit. More walking than necessary due to metal fencing around pool areas and too many parking spots reserved for restaurunt patrons. Music was very good in common areas.
Disliked: Beds were very firm and didnt sleep well. odd layout due to pool area and fencing.
