We enjoyed every minute at...

Liked: The heated pool that stayed open late. There’s a bar and a Mexican restaurant on site. (We didn’t get a chance to eat there). Playground and movie theater for the rainy days. Beautiful beach access. The room itself was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in room. Fantastic shower and jacuzzi tub in main bedroom. Kids had their own space in their own room. I really have nothing negative to say about this place.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Liked: The master bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I was honestly disappointed in the overall accommodations for the price, even with the complimentary upgrade to a penthouse suite. Everything was outdated, decor and colors didn't match, towels were cheap and not plush, bedding was meh, the room smelled musty, and it lacked a warm, welcoming feeling.
