Perfect place!

Liked: I had such a wonderful stay at La Residenza, and really feel I couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay in my first trip to Florence! I love that the hotel was bright and light, and nice and warm inside (as our stay was November). The breakfast was lovely, room was big and comfortable, and the location was super for walking to all main sights. Loved it, will return.

Liked: Location is very good, close to all sightseeings, parking was nearby, the hotel is located in the nice old building. Breakfasts were very tasty.
Disliked: The shower doors are leaking awfully, it’s impossible to take a shower without big puddles on the floor all around.

Liked: I had a great experience. Hotel rooms are spacious, very neat, and clean. I had requested a hard pillow, and it was already there in my room upon arrival. The Washroom has got a bidet. I walked around 7,8 mins from Florence train station (Novella) to reach the hotel. There are many restaurants and bars around the hotel. Most of the tourist attractions were approx 20 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was also hood with decent food options. Marco from the reception was a professional and courteous. Hotel reception is very, very small, which doesn't do justice to the superb rooms. Would love to go back.

Air Conditioning

Liked: Great staff & location.
Disliked: Our room was 28 celcius & there was no air conditioning. We opened the windows but got mosquito bites. It was unbearable.

A great place to stay...

Liked: Great location near the centre of town. Parking was available next door.
Disliked: The room was very hot with no AC provided in October. The breakfast staff weren’t very friendly.
