Good location and friendly staff
Liked: Liked the location and staff friendliness. Did not like the tight spaces to get to our room and the bathroom was dirty - shower had hair in it- when we arrived

I am a frequent traveler;...
Liked: The location is perfect. Upon check-in, a courteous young man acted as a security guard watching all the cameras throughout the property and playing the role of the front desk staff.
Disliked: I requested TWO BEDS. The security/receptionist stated the hotel/suites does not have regular two beds, unless I upgraded to another room, which would cost much more. The configuration of the room was very awkward; the shower was dangerous. The head of the shower is next to the ceiling light bulb and it splashes all over, if anybody were to shower in the evening and turn on the light while showering the individual could be electrocuted. Their shower is a bathtub as well, there are no bars to hold while accessing the shower, I'm a senior, only 5'2 and the height to access the bathtub/shower was close to 17 inches high. The room had sun exposure all day, which made the room excessively hot. The air conditioning unit vents were SO DIRTY that turning on the air conditioning would have dispensed mites and dirt from the vents. For my safety, I had to change hotels for my last 3 nights in Mexico City. On top of that Booking and FS are charging me for all nights, and that is UNACCEPTABLE. I gave a full 24 hours in advance check-out notification. Coming back at night felt like a ghost property with no guests at all.

excellent if you want to...
Liked: being across the road from my conference venue was my main priority and it was excellent for that alone. very spacious with upstairs bedroom and bathroom and downstairs kitchen and living areas. the staff were mostly nice. there were good restaurants and a very good supermarket close by. there is no metro station nearby but an uber ride to one took only eight minutes. it was reasonably quiet for a noisy city like cdmx.
Disliked: the coffee machine did not work and there was no kettle (I needed to buy instant coffee and dissolve it in cold water). there was no dish washing liquid. the wifi could dip out at times but was mostly ok. the gym was unusable as it was hot and poorly ventilated with no air con. was not able to enter the building without staff letting me in (admittedly great for security) and one time I had to wait over five minutes for a staff member to appear to let me in after two buzzes of the front button (he may have been alone and needed the bathroom but he looked grumpy and did not apologize for being absent). the location of the hotel and the wtc conference venue is pretty average, not green, and very concrete. a nicer place to stay is Condesa which is a ten to fifteen minute uber if you can be bothered with the traffic multiple times per day.

Not worth the price.
Liked: Located to a lot of decent restaurants.
Disliked: The cleaning service was awful. Room wasn’t cleaned correctly as a hotel normally should. The soaps, towels, and bed sheets were not change at all.
