Great apartment in central Quebec

Liked: Great, spacious apartment which had everything you could need for few days in central Quebec! Stable and password protected Wifi, good bathroom and bed. Plus points for the offer of discounted parking tickets for the garage across the street.
Disliked: Check-in process is digital but we got comprehensive information before so that was smooth! Would have loved a little more information on how to use the tickets for the parking garage though! Others have commented about homeless people in the area around apartment but was not an issue at all for us.

A comfortable stay

Liked: Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: No air-conditioning. Quite steep climb of steps to walk to old town centre. Tricky to call for taxi, as we don't speak French.

I throughly enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Welcome instructions were clear. Studio apartment was large,modern and well equipped. Staff were very helpful. The price was excellent value for money.
Disliked: I found nothing to complain about.

Great base to visit Quebec

Liked: Great location - even though it was at the bottom of the hill (often with stairs) for most things there were frequent, reasonably priced buses to take you swiftly up the hills. Apartment was largely quiet though there was sometimes street noise, mostly people shouting!Easy access with key fob. Well kitted out - all the utensils and equipment necessary to make our own meals. Good recycling system - even food waste. Serviced every other day with clean towels and linens. Washer and dryer available in the basement with a card payment system, reasonably priced and easy to use. If you’re vegan and looking to eat out then don’t miss Don Vegan (97 Sault-au-Matelot) - good value menu at lunch and good carte for the evening.
Disliked: There are a lot of rules pinned up - (all very sensible but reminded me of being a student! )
