Disliked: The showers were clogged and water was pooled.

Excellent value on a budget

Liked: Despite the fact I was checking in after 11pm, the guard on duty helped me with the key and gave me all info to get around. The most kind and generous person I ever met
Disliked: For the budget I had, every dollar was spent wisely.

Affordable and comfortable no frills...

Liked: This is our second time staying here. It's a fantastically affordable option for visiting Quebec City. The rooms are very basic and no frills but the mattresses are comfy and the facilities clean. Can't beat the value!

Good bad and ugly

Liked: Friendliness of the stass and overall facilities. I use this site every year and I have been happy with it so far. The price and convenient location is great. For those reasons I will try to go there one more time for sure...
Disliked: But... This year, and this year only so far, the first room we were assigned smelled of garbage and the second room we had was in a floor where the bathroom were filthy - there was water on the floor and literally pee on a toilet seat for 3 days! Plus we had no heat in our bedroom on the last two nights so we froze all night.

Disliked: nieghboors smoked weed and stomped at night... great price though for 2 nights. Good for visits where you don't spend much time.

A clean, basic, affordable accommodation...

Liked: The property was affordable, clean, and came exactly as advertised. Plenty of free parking was great.
Disliked: The location was quite far from the city center.
