Adequate but I expected more...

Liked: Easy access and only 30 minute walk to centre. Plenty of hot water and nice bathroom. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Very clean. Buffet breakfast was unusual (soup, pasta,salad) but had enough choice of other items too.
Disliked: Beds were so hard my son moved out to another hotel after 3 days and pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Tram stop is right outside and even with windows shut it was very noisy until after midnight. The rooms are very basic, not even a waste bin in the bedroom and very little storage space, no drawers and only one wardrobe. Had to live out of our cases.

Liked: The location of the hotel was really good with the tram stop just outside. The staff was also really nice. Very price worthy.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little boring, more options would have been nice. In my room was the bathroom very small.
