Liked: How close it was to old town square.The male staff at the reception and the porter were very good and accommodating and the breakfast staff were helpful but…
Disliked: Unfortunately, a lady staff at our last day of stay was very rude and unhelpful which left a bad taste in the mouth.It was not good value for money which was expected given that it’s in the old town however, we expected a level of professionalism from the staff at all times. The building is old so very old school look and hard to find an electrical outlet to charge our electrical equipment such as phones, cameras and laptops.

Liked: Perfect hotel in a perfect location perfect room with perfect porch with beautiful view on the old city and the castle. Ask for room number 603 you won't regret it 😉

Liked: Central location, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet, kitchenette.
Disliked: Outdated room, awful shower ( temperature fluctuations- no curtain, water everywhere,- slippery), maintenence issues ( loose toilet seat, access vents falling out).

Liked: Perfect location, on a quiet alley. Very central location. The personal is very helpful, especially the night receptionist, Vladimir. He helped us to explore the city, gave some very useful advices. Also, gave us full information about our accommodations in the hotel. Room were cleaned every day. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Great coffee machines. Hotel is extremely recommended.If I'll be back in Prague someday, I will choose the same hotel once again!

Perfect for old town Praha.

Disliked: Underground garage hard to drive into, because dustbins blocking straight way.Shower defect, but repaired shortly.

Liked: Location was excellent. Located in the old town it was easy walking distance to many sites of interest as well as good restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and clean but we would have preferred a higher floor. Breakfast was very good with a range of options. It seems like a good place for families as we saw many with children at breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money too.
Disliked: We were there during some warm Spring days and the room was too warm for sleeping comfortably. As it turns out, they only turn the air conditioning on in the summer. We couldn’t leave the window open due to noise from the street. The hotel provided a fan which helped a lot.
