Liked: Location was great! Breakfast was okay. Staff was ok.
Disliked: There was a young woman working morning breakfast on 1/1/25 making some really rude and disrespectful comments about the guests. It was shocking! I wanted to tell her to stop thinking out loud bc she could probably get fired if management heard her.I didn’t like that the staff would not deliver fresh towels. I was told to come down to get them at the front desk. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a safe in the room.The laundry states $2 a wash and $2 for dryer but in fact it’s $2.50/ea since the app doesn’t allow you to choose a set $ amount and you’re forced to choose $5 for 1 load or $10 for two loads. I paid $2 extra that wasn’t used when washing 2 loads.

Liked: Hotel is new and clean, rooms are spacious. Complimentary breakfast was small but fresh and had few options.
Disliked: Pool was cold, since it’s not on the sunny side. Fire pit was only till 10 pm, don’t see why not longer? They don’t offer earplugs.
