The front desk staff were...

Liked: The breakfast is good however I would also offer bacon. I arrived on Wednesday night. Had plenty of towels, etc. Upon having the room cleaned on Friday the chamber made never replenished the towels. I had to ask for them. And there was no back up roll of toilet paper.
Disliked: Cleaning and replenishing.

Great hotel, inaccurate room filters

Liked: Nice spacious room, but call ahead to make sure yours is actually what you want! We stayed in the king studio which included a full kitchen and living space. As soon as we got there and hooked up our Xbox, we noticed that the TV was stuck at volume 100 and the remote didn't work. A quick call down to the front desk and they sent up an engineer within 20 minutes who was able to fix the issue. (BRING AN EXTRA HDMI IF YOU PLAN TO HOOK UP YOUR CONSOLE). The shower was great, the breakfast had plenty of options and even trays to carry it to your room. I would stay here again.
Disliked: When I booked on this app, I specifically filtered for a balcony, bathtub, and breakfast included. We got the breakfast and it was delicious, but we were without a bathtub, AND we were one of the only rooms without a balcony! Not too big of a complaint, but if you are after specific amenities, I would call the hotel and double check after you book that your room fits your criteria.There was also a situation at about 3am, our smoke detector went off a couple times and then shut off. A call to the front desk and they said it happens sometimes. Not a big deal to us but it may be to an early riser.
