Home away from home.

Liked: Location is awesome. Suite was very well equipped. Housekeeping attended to our needs as requested. Very accommodating.
Disliked: The entrance to the mall was closed 5 out of the 7 days we were there.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room wasn't clean the bed and pillow were horrific. Literally felt like sleeping on a brick and a brick for a pillow. The reason I needed the hotel is that my husband is in ICU in the Cleveland Clinic. The location and price is why I chose that hotel.
