Disliked: They ran out of waffles during breakfast and they never answered the phone at the front desk

Liked: The room was accommodating to our families needs
Disliked: The staff was rude the manager was just as rude. all of their fire sprinkler heads are all painted in lobby hallways and in guest room that can be a Major fire hazard the paint on the sprinkler heads deam them inoperable because they may not work as they should in case of a fire. I was charged 100$ for accidentals by booking and then I had to pay another 50 for another accidental fee at the hotel when my booking said I was all paid for including my accidental... I paid a lot more than I should have, the guy came in and got the same room and paid 100 less including accidental. the room was clean but had maintenance issues. the hallway walls were nice but very dirty stains all over. the nicest employees I encountered while I was at this property was the breakfast staff. I won't be booking here again any time soon.. the manager actually told me to leave his building because I brought up the fire sprinkler heads being painted.. the front desk lady was literally talking smut under her breath both times I turned around to go find the manager. Then he had me so flustered I forgot to hand in my keys the whole reason I went to the desk and then I guess I made the mistake of bringing up their sprinkler heads.

Liked: The rooms are clean and free parking, not very far from NY city
Disliked: We had prior reservation but front desk couldn't find it and had tough time to sort that out. Finally they find it out which doesn't make sense why they didn't initially.
