Beautiful rooms and complimentary breakfast...

Liked: We had a suite. It was large and very comfortable. We came back and stayed again days later.
Disliked: Where our room was faced the parking lot. There were people hanging out all night outside our room. It was hard to get to sleep.

excellent especially for families!

Liked: i love the homey ambiance with complete cooking/kitchen stuffs. my son had a small party with his friends and i love it that they were able to enjoy the bonding including the pool. the staff are so accomodating that they allow his 5 friends to swim at the pool, they had a lot of fun activity. the breakfast option needs to be mentioned too. so many option and all tasted great! thank you residence inn! we will definitely going to book again!
Disliked: everything is perfect except that during the night time my kids heard somebody arguing in the lobby they woke up with the loud voice.

Liked: Great breakfast. Airport shuttle, nice location. Helpful staff and very clear suites. Family and business oriented. Definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Basically, all was good. I could not see any shortcomings

Superb

Liked: The hotel itself was very nice, there were definitely some sketchy people around/staying in the hotel ? though, and there was garbage lying around the hotel such as in elevators. Guests also leaving towels and garbage outside their rooms...All of this made the stay seem lower class / dumpy.
Disliked: Garbage and mess and random sketchy people hanging around
