Liked: The rooms were amazing. Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pool area was disgusting. The hot tub was so gross. Dirt all over the bottom jets barely worked. Wasn't that warm. Over all it was pretty nasty. The pool itself was fine. But the sea surrounding the pool was not taken care of. We were there from Friday to Sunday and the same dirty towels sat on the ground all weekend. Was really bummed about the pool area and hot tub as we went there just t9 swim and relax for the weekend.

Liked: Clean, spacious room with helpful staff. Good amenities in the room with space to spread out.
Disliked: A little removed from the main mall facilities and no sidewalk to walk there safely.

Disliked: We were there for 4 days and no one ever came by to clean the room or restock anything. The room smelled like pet urine. We did not bring any pets.
