Liked: The pool and hot tub was nice (when it was open) The room set up was nice other than you have to open the fridge door to use the dish washer
Disliked: Called all week to make sure the pool would be open so we could swim after school/work on Friday. They say yes get up there Friday night and it’s closed they said it would be open 5am Saturday morning. (Had a hose in it turned off) wake up Saturday morning to go swim and it’s still closed, goto front desk and the lady tells me ohh they’re opening it now. The guy turns the hose on puts a little water in hot tub and leaves. I asked for a credit considering I woulda only stayed 1 night if I knew we couldn’t swim Friday and they didn’t offer me anything. There’s no other activities for kids so my daughter was not happy. ( asked the guy what else there was todo and he suggested I take my 7 year old to the bar and play pool

Liked: Everyone on staff was so kind and welcoming, and our room felt so cozy and clean! I love a firm mattress, and the mattress in the king suite was the perfect balance of firm, supportive, and comfy. Will absolutely stay here again!

Liked: Noisy room- adjoining room had loud kids- woke us up at 6;30 am.
Disliked: Breakfast was sparse - not replenished- only one fruit available- really bad

Room was nice.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, but the staff did not check to see if items needed to be replaced. I had to go to the back to ask for replacements a few times.
Disliked: Our room did not get cleaned. At 2:30 pm we had to request that the room be cleaned. We had left early in the morning, giving the staff plenty of time to clean the room.
