Liked: It’s aesthetically beautiful, but I stood in room 331 and there was a bed beg on the bed. I called the front desk to let them know and I wanted to change my room. Although, I was accommodated quickly, I was charged extra?! What the hell is that?
Disliked: Getting charged extra for discovering bugs on the sheets and random body hair! That’s unacceptable

Disliked: Wish I had looked at Google reviews prior to booking. The pool was out of order when we got there and the manager claimed that it was unexpected but looking through reviews, this isn't something new. The manager was snotty and refused to do anything for us for the inconvenience. I mean, when traveling with a 5 and 7 year old, a pool is not an option. The manager's suggestion was to go somewhere else. Lol We had two rooms at $250 each a night, ok, no problem. That's exactly what we did. We took our money somewhere else, and I'd suggest you do the same. Do not book here. Take your money and your business where it's valued. That's not here. To top it off, for the very short amount of time that we were there, it's dated and needs serious upgrades. For $250 a night you are getting stained carpet, furniture, walls. Cabinets off track and dusty, food stained. Dirty and broken grout. Hair in the bathroom tub and floor. We were only in our rooms for about 10 mins when we saw the pool from our hotel window and it being drained, which prompted us asking what was going on with it etc. I'd suggest not staying here. Look at Google reviews for others complaints about management and front desk rudeness, etc.

Needs updates

Liked: The old images of the hotel when it was actually clean and when there wasn't cracked tile in the bathroom. Damaged grout peeling wallpaper rust stains gross looking caulking in the kitchen
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were closed. They didn't tell us I would have chose somewhere else. Staff has a little bit of an attitude to them. Elevator barely functions place needs to be updated big time. Not worth the money
