Disliked: I was give an accessible room and did not want that type of room but they did not have another one. I specifically chose when I booked online to not have one of those rooms.

Perfect lodging for a family...

Liked: Perfect location for downtown Wenatchee events. Our Double Queen was spacious and comfortable. Excellent kitchenette facilities. Enjoyed the pool area and breakfast. Staff was warm and welcoming.
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: Very clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the hot tub
Disliked: Check in was a disaster. I was told check in was at 3 so I showed up then. They told me my room would be ready in 10-15 min. I waited 2 hours in the lobby for my room.

Disliked: Love everything about the hotel, the grounds are lovely, and the staff.

Liked: It was clean and very relaxing the out side area was great fire pit and great views

A great place to spend...

Liked: The staff was friendly. Enjoyed the location and the selection of restaurants in the area. Everything in the kitchen appeared to work fine.
Disliked: My only complaint would be the couch was not comfortable at all. I hate vinyl/leather furnishings, I understand they are easy to clean, but they are so uncomfortable.
