Liked: Great staff and customer service. They were all very friendly and helpful. They were kind to our kids. Room was clean, nice and modern. Sheets were fresh and crisp white. Enjoyed the marketplace downstairs to grab food on our way to ski.
Disliked: The only negative comment I have is that the hot tub water was a little smelly, but it didn’t stop us from swimming.

Perfect lodging for a family...

Liked: Perfect location for downtown Wenatchee events. Our Double Queen was spacious and comfortable. Excellent kitchenette facilities. Enjoyed the pool area and breakfast. Staff was warm and welcoming.
Disliked: Everything was great!

Disliked: Check in was a disaster. I was told check in was at 3 so I showed up then. They told me my room would be ready in 10-15 min. I waited 2 hours in the lobby for my room.
