Disliked: The men outside provide very little help and it was difficult to unload because they were blocking there access with their cones. Also new ere told parking was available but we were told at the door it was not available so it was very difficult to find parking at that time

Liked: Parking was first come first serve!! I made reservations two months prior and when I got there I was told the garage was full. If that wasn't bad enough they told me I would have to find parking myself !!!

Liked: It was a beautiful hotel and besides one person the front desk staff was so nice.
Disliked: The first guy we dealt with didn't tell us all info. I was charged 150 after being told my card was just being put on file. I had to find out from the lady working next to him it would be refunded. And the air didn't work in our room so it was warm and stuffy in there
