Great Thanksgiving week in Washington...

Liked: Breakfast was 7/10. I like that you needed your key card to access the dining area. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptionally nice and helpful.
Disliked: The sofa bed was awful. The mattress was thin and my poor son spent 6 nights sleeping on springs. He was so uncomfortable but rarely complained. There are so many sofa-bed options these days that can be so much more comfortable.

Overall it was great. The...

Liked: The streets were shut down for the Liberty Ball and it was difficult to find our way back to the hotel on foot. Cheronta Williams the Office Manager, gave me a portal phone charger to take with me and found walking directions for me to get around D.C. with streets closed. Everyone was wonderful at the hotel except a few working at the restaurant/bar for breakfast, service was poor and it came with attitude.

Liked: Friendly, efficient, clean, and frankly a beautiful room. We had a great stay and will definitely stay there again. They put on a wonderful free spread for breakfast as well.
