Would probably stay again

Liked: Pretty good. At first, we didn’t get the room we had booked, but they corrected it. The dishwasher needed serviced and I put in a request but they never came. The hot tub was dirty the first night Monday the 31st. The breakfast was decent. I appreciated the dried fruits and nuts because that’s pretty much all I ate. Most hotels have a waffle maker, which I would’ve liked for my husband. Other than that, the staff were very good. The bed was comfortable as was the living room

Great location for a trip...

Liked: I believe I was given the wrong room arrangement. I could not see my original reservation so I had to take the hotels word. I wanted a 1bedroom, 2queen beds suite, but was given a studio with a pullout couch. It was horrible!

Liked: I liked Lynn the desk manager. She is a perfect example of what customer service looks like! It was my Birthday weekend and she made me feel really special.
