Liked: Location very central.

Very good

Liked: Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was really nice. Everything seemed relatively new and clean.
Disliked: The hot water was not reliable and we took a lot of "warm" showers. This is why I bumped the score to an 8. Also, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

Liked: The breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area
Disliked: The room we stayed in seemed like it needed vacuuming because there was hair on the bathroom floor

Liked: Great hotel in a good location a quick walk to shops and restaurants and a walkable distance to the White House and the Mall. Staff were lovely and friendly and room was great quality and clean.

Liked: Breakfast was a bit full on and we arrived just after 8am on the first morning and lots of food had run out and there was nowhere to sit. The staff were amazing & extremely helpful. I think they needed at least one other person to help them.
Disliked: Nothing -just improve breakfast. We did have a pull out bed but there was no linen or pillows-once I called reception they sent someone straight up & were very apologetic
