Liked: Breakfast was good and so helpful since we had 3 little ones in town. The hotel is in a nice location with plenty to do nearby. The hotel itself is very nice looking. Beautiful entryway. Beds are very comfy and clean. The staff were kind and thoughtful. We had issues getting in contact with the hotel and they let us have a late checkout. Overall I really did like the hotel for the price!
Disliked: There is no parking. street parking nearby is free after 7 if you can find it but its a hassle and valet is crazy expensive. The hotel phone line was down the entire time from the moment I booked my trip til we arrived . I booked through Booking.com and sent a message through them twice with no response and once from a personal email with no response so at no point before we arrived was I able to speak to anyone with the hotel to confirm some important information. There was an issue with the master switch for our lights which kept cutting off the entire rooms lights even though we turned it on. We spoke to the staff about it and they said it was an energy saving feature but they were having issues with the entire 11th floor. Overall pretty clean but there was a hair on the inner rim of our toilet when we got to the room. We didn't make a big deal about it cause we got in very late and were extremely tired but just asked the cleaners to come in the next day.

Great stay. Would definitely revisit...
Liked: The rooms were a good size. The location is in the Navy Yards area, with lots of restaurants and bars. There is also a nearby subway station with easy access to the main sites. We brought our dog and there were nearby bars which allowed dogs indoors so overall very happy with the location.
Disliked: No issues

Liked: The staff was AMAZING. Maria at the front desk was so beyond kind and tried to help above and beyond. Everyone else we interacted with was also so kind and cheerful.
Disliked: The overprice I paid via booking.com

Liked: The facilities were beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location close to the waterfront.
Disliked: Pls train your front desk staff to make eye contact with guests, greet them/ask how they’re doing and to stay off their cell phones while working. When we arrived there was a computer delay and we were never greeted, just had to wait at least 10 minutes in line to be helped. Then the lady at the desk during breakfast never even looked up from her cell phone while I stood there to ask her where the restroom was. Unfortunately breakfast made both of us sick to our stomachs (scrambled eggs tasted old and sausage was fake and overcooked). Only one elevator was working during our stay and made the wait about 3-7 minutes each time. A lot of inconvenience to be charged so much.
