Disappointing

Disliked: We found a used condom in the bed where my children were going to sleep. When we first checked in (after check in time) they said our room wasn’t ready. After half an hour of waiting with my three children under 6, the front desk clerk finally said it was ready. We found the condom after lifting the pull out bed, then realized other parts of the room were not clean as well. They stated they overbooked so could not move us to a different room until later on. That was a Wednesday. Saturday when we checked out was the first time I was able to speak to a supervisor as all the other times I tried throughout the week I was told there was not one on staff. Needless to say we will not be staying there again. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but put my children at risk and/or put them in an unsanitary environment and I will say something. All I was offered at the end were points to which have no meaning to me as I’m not a Marriott rewards member.
