Liked: Great rooms, the staff were great.
Disliked: There was a loud humming noise, I think from the AC, we changed rooms and it was much better.

Liked: Good location to everything Waco. Definitely will return
Disliked: Paid parking was a little much but I won't break you.

Liked: The room was very nice. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The staff were very personable. The breakfast was very good.

Comfortable, clean and great location

Liked: We enjoyed interacting with the staff (Riccardo and Jasmine), who were genuinely friendly and professional. The location is great to get to various places we wanted to see. Theresa kept the breakfast area very clean and orderly, and items were replenished as needed.
Disliked: The key cards were very sensitive requiring us to get our card keys reprogrammed numerous times during our stay.
