Liked: Everyone likes the hotel except I spoke to the manager about a used dirty dried up wash cloths was still hanging in the shower. Manager did nothing to make out stay more suitable . And we were staying at the hotel for a cancer medical procedure and we have more to come. I hope we don't run into this situation again
Disliked: Dirty shower was cloth left from the last person .

Very good

Liked: Almost everything was great. Location. Amenities. Quiet and clean. Request for room accommodated.
Disliked: Power went out. Difficult to find desk staff for assistance when needed. Breakfast service was mediocre compared to other properties- not much selection or service.

Was a nice, clean, safe,...

Liked: The taste of the foods and coffee and juices was good. The room was modern and excellent, great shower.
Disliked: Needed more service at the breakfast. Ran out of some things (one thing was the eggs) and no one around checking anything or to ask anything. No housekeeping after 1st night, could have used fresh towels.

Our housekeeper Valerie, was awesome...

Liked: The property was in a great area right where we needed to be for our events and other attractions!
Disliked: It was a lil miscommunication our first day but they resolved the issue right away and we were very satisfied!
