Nice room lousy extra xharges

Liked: The room was veryn8ce
Disliked: I was not told beforehand there would be a parking fee of $15 which seemed very petty nor was I informed that the pet charge fee was a whopping $150. I was only told when I booked that there might be a fee, I would have gone elsewhere had I known.

Liked: I like the fact that it is dog friendly
Disliked: I dint like the fact that my room was not cleaned. You saw a lot of trash by the ice maker machine. The hotel needs more cleaning

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Everything was good. No complaints.

Wonderful stay and very comfortable.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and immediately made sure they did all the effort to make our stay as good as it could be. I would recommend this motel to anybody staying in Visalia.
Disliked: There wasn't much of anything I didn't like. it would have been fun to have board games available. There wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: A/C unit was quite loud.
