Overall ok except for the...

Liked: Plenty of healthy choices for breakfast. Dining area may need improvement in terms of space and setting arrangement. Room is clean and quiet. Most importantly, I must praise the evening Manager, Glenny, who went out of her way to help me using the laundry facility! She was quite patient, attentive and calm when dealing with guests and took an interest to resolve the issue. The other staffs are clueless and unreliable.
Disliked: Laundry facility in this hotel which is operated by PayRange. It does not accept overseas-issued credit/debit cards except for Canada. We had been travelling over 4 states as a family and badly needed to do laundry as the last one was over 10 days ago. Even a US issued gift cards either MasterCard, VISA or Amex are not accepted by Pay Range. I had to buy an unnecessary gift card advised by the daytime staff which did not work and wasted my hard earned money. To Chief Manager of this hotel, please change the payment mode of this laundry facility so international travellers can use it. The daytime staff need to be more knowledgeable about the hotel facilities. Guessing and giving wrong advice is not appreciated.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Facilities great. Hot tub great.
Disliked: The shuttle bus was sometimes inconsistent. Some days the wait for a shuttle back to the hotel was 30 to 45 mins. There were times there was only 1 shuttle operating in peak periods. The shuttle drivers were great.Some suggestions - ski racks needed at front of property and also near the lifts on level 1 and PA level to avoid leaning skis against walls. The outdoor room on level 4 is beautiful but needs some sort of retractable blind / louvre to eliminate some of the highway noise.

Liked: The room was great, especially a properly equipped kitchen that meant we could eat in a couple nights
Disliked: The shuttle service was terrible. The location of the hotel means there is no option other than to use it (or take the local bus, which takes ages), but they have only two small shuttles and seemed to be short staffed so that only one was running most of the time. Most days we had to wait around 40 minutes or more to be able to be picked up.Breakfast was mediocre at best, and frequently ran out.

Disliked: I have never ever met the rudest racist staff at any Marriott than this place. The bartender was busy chatting up people and ignoring others. He would bring wrong orders and if you said something he would throw a tantrum and be so rude. He threw food on the table for the wrong guest. He would make racist Jewish and Chinese jokes. Not funny at all and not professional. The drivers to the mountain were also rude. He even said I don’t know where you’re from but let people out. We weren’t even doing anything. The places was not cheap so we thought we would get better service.
