Liked: Never stayed. My handicap room was unavailable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Stafff was great and very helpful but I was quoted one price to extend my stay but was charged more than the quoted price
Disliked: Clean but the elevator was broken, and I had to climb three flights of stairs

Liked: Spacious, clean rooms
Disliked: I booked a two bedroom suite with sofa bed. The sofa was not a sofa bed. Called the front office and was told they had no more sofa beds or roll out beds. False advertisement and was charged the same.

Disliked: Ants had invaded, and there was no hot water in shower, but manager was wonderful and immediately found us a better room

Best hotel I've stayed in...

Liked: The staff was wonderful and helpful. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me check in, but she had such a high-spirited personality. I loved it. The beds are a whole other story, I slept well, and my sister in law who is pregnant, finally had an uninterrupted sleep and loved the comfort of the beds.
Disliked: There were no towels available by the pool side, but we always got some when we asked staff.
