They gave up my room...

Liked: They gave up my room and I stay elsewhere…. The point of booking here so as I can be quit literally across the street from my employer. They put me up in a hotel across from Angel stadium which morning rush hour was 40 minutes. The hotel was not clean, the beds were horrible

Marriott Residence Inn in Tustin...

Liked: Superb, conscientious, warm, kind team of professionals who communicate really well; beautiful, clean, spacious rooms; great amenities; best included breakfast I've experienced. Wonderful location in relation to Disneyland and John Wayne Airport. Thank you.

The service is not acceptable...

Liked: location， better than similar suites hotel nearby
Disliked: The property only provides room service every 3 days unless you request. Though it is a suited, the sofa bed is not comfortable at all. And they don’t provide comforter for the sofa bed, only blanket which smells. Breakfast is the same since the first time I stay here when it was just opened. And I have been stay here for several times. No change on the menu at all. And most staff don’t have a happy face.

Nice hotel for the price.

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Always had to ask to fill up the coffee and peanutbutter
Disliked: It was fine.
