Liked: Said that booking.com cancelled the reservation when we arrived and that we didn’t have a room. It was confirmed on the booking.com app and the hotel had taken the money from my visa which I showed them. Instead of admitting they made a mistake they disappeared for 25 minutes then said they would “push us through”. When asking for compensation for the stress and time wasted they said they would email us… very sassy. Not great staff. Manager Lisa not accommodating. Betty was great!
