Liked: Great customer service!! Very appreciated - it's always nice to have folks who care. The location is great for walking to Rogers Center as well. We stayed in the 2 bedrooms suite. The layout was fantastic in that it had two ensuite master bathrooms. Comfortable kitchen with utensils as well.
Disliked: Everything met our needs

Liked: We walked from the hotel to dinner to the Royal Alexander Theatre, the location was idea!I was celebrating my birthday and I was pleasantly surprised to find a gift and a birthday card in the room when I arrived. I’m holding the chili I got free for my birthday. The gift they left me was not something I could eat so they let me have whatever I wanted from their marketplace. The room had a full stocked kitchen including a stove and dishwasher. There isn’t an ice machine, but the staff were quick to bring up a bag of ice. The breakfast buffet was hot and one of the best hotel buffets I’ve been to. Tip-they have premade omelets with cheese and salsa at the end, so don’t feel like you need to take the scrambled eggs
Disliked: The strong perfume smell in the hallway. $60 for parking, they only have valet

Liked: Front desk staff were very friendly and personal. Breakfast was amazing and staff their were very accommodating too.
Disliked: One small thing there were no dry towels at the pool when we went.

Liked: Studio was fully stocked with utensils/kitchen amenities. Comfortable bed, appreciated the layout of the room (bathroom sink separated from toilet), good location, good breakfast

Liked: As a family, we love when our kids are welcomed, as soon as we arrived, the receptionist show us a glass box where we could take a drawing book and they also have stickers, my 3 years old was so happy, the stickers sldo help us to keep him busy, specially at breakfast time. Love this place!
