Very good

Liked: - The location is excellent: near the train station, the tram stops, shops and the city centrum.- The breakfast is small but full of everything you'll want. The area can be small when it's busy so keep it in mind.- The view from our room was so beautiful!- Room clean and well equipped.
Disliked: - Maybe a little bit more of staff? There was nobody when we checked in and we had to wait, also for the check out.- Small detail: the coffee isn't the best one.

Disliked: Parking not owned by hotel (not clear on Booking.com website) and v expensive and difficult to locate!

Liked: They could have provided better instructions on how to enter the building and they seemed a bit understaffed during breakfast service

Very poor

Liked: Reservation was cancelled because of over booking - they put me in the money instead- where the rooms were no where near the same - 25% discount offered but really the two hotels don't compare on the rooms.

Convenient hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Great location - within walking distance from Den Haag Centraal Station! The staff (Anastasia & Sandra) were great, provided many suggestion to explore the city. The breakfast options were sufficient. With the added option to bring it up to the room.
Disliked: The main entrance can be a little confusing for your first visit.
