Disliked: 1 of the elevators was out of service. It was very time consuming to use and it was necessary to get all of our things up and down to the 5th floor.2 of the outside doors did not work with key card.Our room was very dark and the bed had an odor. One of the bathroom tiles was badly cracked.All this being said, the customer service was great! The hotel needs a physical overhaul.

Disliked: The facility itself felt quite run-down and wasn’t very clean. The pet deposit was a steep $100 and non-refundable—the highest we’ve ever encountered. When booking through Booking.com, we couldn’t find any mention of this amount, so we were quite surprised by it upon arrival. Overall, the unexpected deposit and condition of the property left us disappointed.
