Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: The facility itself felt quite run-down and wasn’t very clean. The pet deposit was a steep $100 and non-refundable—the highest we’ve ever encountered. When booking through Booking.com, we couldn’t find any mention of this amount, so we were quite surprised by it upon arrival. Overall, the unexpected deposit and condition of the property left us disappointed.

Disliked: Strange smell. Didn’t feel very clean. Staff was curt when I asked for a lower floor. Didn’t handle security measures well. Power went out completely for nearly 2 hours. No communication from hotel as an apology after the fact. The hotel didn’t have a backup generator.
