Liked: The view of the city from the pool area, our room, and the location was close to everything…
Disliked: other guests were awful just leaving their trash by the elevators in the parking garage… other than that was an awesome stay!!!

Perfect stay for a family...

Liked: We loved our stay at the residence Inn! It hit all the notes: location (easy to walk to many restaurants, shops, outdoor hiking trail, Tempe Town Lake, beautiful view of A mountain, felt very safe walking around the area), rooms were clean comfortable and had everything we needed, fabulous extra amenities - hot tub, fire pit, gym and a generous breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly helpful and always there to greet you. We loved it.

Nice hotel bad circumstances and...

Liked: Great location, nice rooms and nice facilities.
Disliked: My booking got screwed up due to auto populating my name backwards. Byers, Tony vs Tony Byers. Therefore they said I didn’t have a reservation. Turned into a comedy of errors. Then it looks like I didn’t get genius credits for the 4 night I stayed at the hotel.
