Very good

Liked: Katrina was the best front desk staff you could have hired. Always smiling, willing to help & went above & beyond. Jay (I think he's in maintenance) was also very friendly & went above & beyond as well. The hotel needs some updates, but nothing that wouldn't make us stay again, but Katrina & Jay made the stay well worth it & for that reason, we would stay again.
Disliked: Everything was good except the hotel needs some updates. Nothing major.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very nice! Bed was comfortable! As an oncology infusion nurse, I was pleasantly surprised to see the cancer poster boards hanging in the hallway for encouragement for someone that is in that journey
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok, nothing extravagant!

Liked: Room was perfect for our stay! Amazing staff.
Disliked: The walk to our room was a bit dark and messy … walls were filled with drawings. Was a bit scared but once I walked into the clean room I felt more at peace.
