Liked: Great rooms and amenities along with location.
Disliked: Bed covering had stains.

Maria checked us in and was such a positive influence and she helped us with everything. I recently became disabled and was unsure how I was going to get my niece and myself to an event I was taking her to for her13th birthday at the civic center and Maria walked us through exactly what we could do and Micheal the shuttle driver helped us so much and went way beyond what he has to do because it's his job. He just made my family feel so special and I could just go on and on. I can't forget Tony - my niece was making a poster for our event and had ran out of tape. Tony told us to wait and he could help us out - and like everyone else, he did. I can go on and on, there were so many great experiences we had as a family. We will be back and will always send friends and family there.

Exceptional

Liked: The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was within walking distance to the campus and college town area. The shuttle to the airport is only on the hour and not after 10pm.

Overall would recommend

Liked: Kind staff. Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Secure property. Great breakfast.
Disliked: I reserved a room with a King suite and a sofa bed. I got to my room and didn't have the sofa bed and was told there wasn't a room available to switch me to. It took a while, but I was accommodated with a roll away bed, so that helped. The cost to park on the property in addition to the room cost is a bit much.

Liked: Great location if you want to be close to action....
Disliked: If you want peace and quiet, this is the wrong place. It's in the middle of College Town, so bars with live bands, drunks walking home, etc, but it ends by midnight, so it's not too bad.

The place is really nice....

Liked: I liked how comfortable the suite was! And how convenient the venue we were headed to was to us there.
Disliked: Most of the property was under construction so it made it difficult & the elevator was very iffy for me!

A BEAUTIFUL facility…

Liked: Walking distance to both colleges FAMU and Florida State
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact I was not informed about the amount of the security deposit

Would stay here again.

Liked: Private parking lot, clean room, and they were able to accommodate my 2am check-in.
Disliked: Parking fee is a bit excessive.
