The experience was great. From parking to check in and right up to check out. The room was spotless and well stocked. The free breakfast offered many delicious options. My favorite was the mini omelets.

Liked: I had a lot of questions and everyone I talked to were happy to help. It was very clean.

Bad

Nice and close to the...

Liked: Room size, comfortable bed.Dinner out was within walking distance. Theatre was within walking.
Disliked: Noise from heating duct / ventilation. Fan was on constantly.

Rip off

Disliked: They charged me an additional $20.52 after our stay with no authorization or explanation for this mystery fee. They know you won't waste time pursuing a refund for so little, so they take some extra.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful, facilities were good and clean.
Disliked: The location made it impossible to sleep - the streets and cars and music kept us up all night. The cost was way too high for the facilities, services.

Liked: Good value, spacious rooms, good enough breakfast, excellent central location.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been a bit better esp re fresh food.

Liked: Nothing they wouldn’t let me stay bc I’m 20
Disliked: Wouldn’t let me stay bc I’m 20 but let’s me book it and pay for it and drive all the way there before mentioning I have to be 21
