Liked: Everything. We visited only 9 days after hurricane Milton and everything was already back in shape. The location is stunning and the hotel brand new. Breakfast is good continental standard and has nice and changing choices. Room was outstanding.
Disliked: That we had to leave.

A wonderful holiday getaway!

Liked: Location! Diana in Breakfast mode was sweet, kind, and extraordinary! General Manager attentive and caring, and took immediate care of any issues. Mauri in Housekeeping had attention to detail. Other housekeeping staff need a bit more training.
Disliked: This is not a full-service hotel as I was told several times. They have no assistance available for a handicapped guest to help with luggage for example. The overnight staff at the desk did help me at 5:00 am to negotiate stairs and luggage…praise be to him!Housekeeping needs some retraining in getting rooms ready for new occupancy and in general.
